I have over 27 years of real estate experience in sales, property management, and most of my career has been in the real estate appraisal profession. I started Appraisal Solutions in 1999 and we have grown into one the areas most respected appraisal practices. I am a State Certified Residential Appraiser and member of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors. I am an FHA approved appraiser with 24 years of real estate appraisal experience
Bryan D. Richmond

Bryan joined me in the year 2000 shortly after starting my company. Bryan began his appraisal career as a trainee and now has over 22 year of experience as a real estate appraiser. Bryan is a seasoned appraiser and a valuable member of our team . Bryan is also a member of the Greater Lansing Association of Realtors.
Timothy J. Mayer

Tim is a recent graduate of Western Michigan University. Tim joined Appraisal Solutions June of 2020. Talk about trial by fire? Tim joined our team during the middle of the Covid 19 crisis. This was a very challenging time the appraisal industry as with many other industries. Tim has shown the ability to adapt and persevere through these challenging times in the appraisal profession. We are looking forward to assisting Tim as he advances in his career in the years ahead.
